Marieke as your coach

She combines her background in evidence-based psychology with the
art of coaching to partner with you in reaching your goals

Her style is curious, energetic, direct, yet warm & non-judgmental

She doesn't just listen, but hears you and holds the space for you to consciously work through what's holding you back

She coaches the person, not the topic, by asking thought-provoking questions

She takes your agenda as her own and does not give unsolicited advice

She uses visual tools as a powerful catalyst to engage & stimulate change

Her ideal clients are those who are ready to grow their self-awareness and put in the work to realize their potential

individual coaching

Anchor 1

We are all different and so what we are looking for in coaching will vary significantly.

I offer individual one-off coaching sessions or multiple session journeys in both Dutch or English, tailored to suit your circumstances and give you a helping hand when you need it most.

But how do you know what you want? In a 60’ 'Coaching for Coffee' call we can explore what you are looking for and how we can work together to get the outcome you need.

We are all living full and ‘busy’ lives. It’s completely understandable that you are looking for someone who is available to talk when you want.

That is why I offer coaching during the day and in the evenings. If you can commit to coaching sessions in the weekend, then I will commit to being available as well! You are free to choose the medium that fits you such as remote video or audio calls, or the classic (outdoors) face-to-face.

whenever you need it most

Before making a decision on any of these arrangements, I often suggest to start with a 'Coaching for Coffee' session. If you are satisfied, we can then discuss a tailored solution for any potential subsequent sessions. As any solution and client is different, I always want to make sure that the investment matches the situation and that it's something we are both comfortable with.

During the coaching session, Marieke first allowed my to speak up my mind about the way I thought of things. She dared to ask me the (follow up) questions, I didn’t dare to ask myself which really allowed me to get a deeper understanding of myself, my past and others around me. Along with that, we did a so-called ‘centering’ exercise, in which my breathing helped me getting closer to my feelings around the topics we discussed. Her posture, questions and exercise combined made me really aware in a good way, because it allowed me to feel okay, feeling not so okay. My biggest take away of this session was that I am now better able to communicate and experience my feelings and emotions to myself and other people, and that is just after one time!

team coaching

Are you a team that is working towards a common goal, but would benefit from some extra support?

I offer one-off coaching sessions or multiple session journey in both Dutch or English, for teams between 2-6 people. For larger teams or when preferred, the team sessions can be hosted by 2 coaches in collaboration with BPI. The sessions will be similar to 1:1 coaching; however, rather than focusing on one individual, the focus will be on the group dynamic and moving forward together.

Does this sound interesting? In a 60’ 'Coaching for Coffee' call, we can explore the needs of your team and define your ideal outcome.
